We don’t want our products to leave a bad taste so any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any claims deemed an error on our part are of course covered at our expense.
Please send over your claim to email@example.com and If possible, please send over any relevant photos to illustrate the problem as well (this might make the whole process a bit more smooth).
There are no returns or refunds for items unless they get damaged or are lost in transit. This is because everything is printed on demand and we don’t have inventory or storage to exchange an item. Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your product is best fit.
